Job Overview:
Hunter Mental Health is seeking a Band 7 CBT Therapist to join a specialist Psychology Service within a Primary Care Hospital setting in Wales. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of 3 days remote work and 2 days in-service. Key Details:
- Position: Band 7 CBT Therapist (High Intensity Primary Care Service)
- Work Style: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in-service)
- Caseload: 16-18 clients per week
- Specialisation: Complex needs
- Accreditation: BABCP Accreditation required, EMDR training highly desirable
- Note-Keeping: Strong documentation skills essential
- Experience: Experience with complex cases preferred
- Pay Rate: £42 - £47 per hour (Umbrella rate)
- Contract Type: Locum, Ongoing

What We Are Looking For:
- BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist with experience in high-intensity therapy
- EMDR training is highly desirable, but not essential
- Experience with complex cases and strong note-keeping skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
