Duration: Ongoing Contract
Schedule: Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

What You'll Be Doing:
Join a specialist NHS CAMHS service leading the ADHD pathway and supporting children and young people with ADHD and co-morbid mental health needs. In this role, you will:
• Lead the provision and delivery of a nurse-led ADHD clinic within CAMHS
• Manage a specialist caseload of children and young people with ADHD and associated mental health difficulties
• Undertake comprehensive CAMHS and ADHD assessments, including risk and safeguarding assessments
• Provide ADHD medication management, prescribing, monitoring and physical health assessments
• Deliver psychoeducation, behavioural interventions and evidence-based treatments
• Develop and implement personalised care plans and risk management plans
• Act as care coordinator for complex and high-risk cases
• Support transitions from CAMHS into Adult Mental Health Services where appropriate
• Provide clinical leadership, advice and supervision to nursing staff and multidisciplinary colleagues
• Contribute to service development, pathway improvement, audit and quality initiatives
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, social care and partner agencies

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), RSCN or equivalent with valid NMC registration
• Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber with active prescribing qualification
• Significant CAMHS experience, particularly within ADHD services
• Experience undertaking ADHD assessments and medication management
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and care planning processes
• Ability to work autonomously whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience managing complex and high-risk presentations
• Excellent communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience providing supervision, teaching or support to colleagues (desirable)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) on an ongoing contract with excellent long-term potential within a highly regarded NHS service.
