We are seeking a dedicated Band 7 Team Leader to join a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the CAMHS team, ensuring high standards in patient care, team activity, performance, quality, and staffing.

  • Drive the transformational change programme within the Child and Family Services business unit by fostering an integrated, multi-professional workforce.

  • Support the delivery of child and family-focused services, achieving agreed performance and quality targets while managing budgets effectively.

  • Manage and support staff development, performance, and well-being.

  • Cultivate effective partnerships with external services, including social care, the acute sector, and third-sector organizations, to achieve shared outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in mental health services, ideally within CAMHS.

  • Strong operational management skills, including performance and quality monitoring.

  • Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.

  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and driving service improvements.
