How Will I Get Paid with Hunter Gatherer AHP?
When you work with Hunter Gatherer Mental Health, you have three payment options: PAYE, Umbrella, or Limited Company.
PAYE
We handle all tax and NI submissions, providing a straightforward, fee-free setup with payslips, pension options and full employment benefits. You’ll become an employee of Hunter Gatherer Mental Health.
Pros: Simple setup, no fees, tax and NI handled for you, includes pension options and full employment rights.
Cons: Rates may appear lower than other models, but take-home pay is similar to that of going through an umbrella company.
Umbrella Company
An umbrella company manages your tax and NI for a small fee, offering full employment rights, payslips, and pension options.
Pros: Full employment rights, tax and NI managed for you, straightforward payroll process.
Cons: Small fee for the service, but take-home pay is generally in line with PAYE.
