Band 6 RMN – CMHT
Pay rate: £26 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week (days between Monday–Friday to be agreed)

Location: Blackpool
Overview:
We are supporting a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Blackpool with a requirement for an experienced Band 6 RMN. This role involves managing a caseload of patients with complex mental health needs, including severe mental illness (SMI), challenging behaviours, and co-occurring diagnoses.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as a keyworker managing a defined caseload within the CMHT
• Complete comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk management
• Support patients through the full pathway from assessment to discharge
• Manage complex presentations including SMI and dual diagnosis
• Participate in the duty function, responding to urgent and unplanned work
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Previous CMHT experience preferred
• Strong experience in risk assessment and case management
• Ability to manage complex caseloads independently
• NMC registration
