Hunter Mental Health are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join an Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Ormskirk.
This is a 3–6 month locum contract, working Monday to Wednesday, 9am–5pm, with an ASAP start.

Profession: RMN, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
The service is looking for an experienced registered mental health practitioner with strong community mental health experience. You will be joining a friendly and supportive Adult CMHT, working with service users presenting with a range of complex mental health needs.
The role will involve completing assessments, care planning, risk assessments, risk management plans and reviews, while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.
