Join our team as a ADHD Independent Prescriber (NMP) and play a key role in improving the lives of patients undergoing ADHD assessment and titration. In this role, you will:
• Conduct ADHD medication reviews and initiate treatment plans
• Prescribe independently in line with NICE guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as required
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
• Experience working within ADHD services and medication titration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presentation
• The ability to work independently on site
• Ideally already holds FP10 (pink pad) prescribing rights
This flexible position requires availability for 2 days per week on site in Guildford. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
