What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Depot Nurse and play a key role in supporting patients within the community. In this role, you will:

• administer prescribed depot injections in both community (home visits) and clinic settings in line with depot cards
• perform pre-administration assessments and monitor for side effects
• provide appropriate post-injection care and patient advice
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication delivery
• maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NMC and service standards
• support and educate patients regarding their medication

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid NMC registration and pin
• experience administering depot injections within community or outpatient settings
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The contract is for 12 weeks, with potential extension based on service needs.
