Pay rate: £27 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Duration: Minimum 3 months, with possibility of extension
Location: Woking
Start date: ASAP

Overview:
We are recruiting for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join a Community Mental Health Recovery Service in Woking. This is a full-time locum role supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health needs in the community.

Key responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs

Completing risk assessments, care planning and reviews

Supporting service users in the community with recovery-focused interventions

Liaising with MDT colleagues, families, carers and external agencies

Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with service requirements

Requirements:

NMC registered RMN

Minimum two years’ community experience

Experience working with adults with severe and enduring mental health problems

Must be a car driver

Available to start ASAP
