About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 RMN for a challenging and rewarding prison-based in-patient role. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a real impact on patient care.

Key Details:

• Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, Long Days (0730hrs–2030hrs) or Nights (2000hrs–0800hrs).
• Flexibility is required to cover shifts across the week for supervision and support.
• Comprehensive induction and key talks held most Mondays to ensure readiness for the role.

Essential Requirements:

• Category B Prison Clearance, equivalent to HMP Wandsworth, valid for at least one year.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a secure and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
