Manage a varied and complex community caseload within a secondary care CMHT environment.
Conduct robust clinical and risk assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Facilitate community visits to service users across the local area.
Operate effectively within Care Programme Approach (CPA) frameworks and multidisciplinary team structures.
Professional Registration: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
Experience: Proven post-qualification experience working within a busy NHS CMHT setting.
Caseload Management: Expertise in risk assessments, CPA management, and complex community care.
Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits (essential).
