Pay Rate: £30 – £45 per hour (dependent on experience & availability)
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Systemic Family Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team at a private hospital in Colchester.
This position offers excellent flexibility, accommodating 2 to 4 days per week based on your schedule. The ideal candidate will be available to start within the next 3 to 4 weeks to deliver high-quality, patient-centred systemic assessments and interventions.
Provide clinical systemic family therapy assessments and ongoing therapeutic interventions for patients and their families.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care plans.
Formulate clear risk assessments and treatment plans in line with hospital policies and clinical governance.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
Qualified Systemic Family Therapist with relevant UKCP (or equivalent) registration.
Proven clinical experience in acute, mental health, or private healthcare settings.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and risk management skills.
Ability to work autonomously while embedding seamlessly into a broader clinical team.
