Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Stroke Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join a community-based service in North East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to adults presenting with stroke and a range of neurological conditions.
The successful candidate will provide effective physiotherapy assessment and short-term treatment/management programmes, working autonomously to manage a complex caseload within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment for stroke and neurological patients
Manage a complex caseload independently as an autonomous practitioner
Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes
Participate in complex clinical discussion meetings and MDT working
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
Support discharge planning and community reintegration
Provide guidance and support to junior staff
Requirements:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist
Specialist knowledge and experience in stroke and neuro rehabilitation
Experience managing complex caseloads independently
Understanding of SSNAP audits
Strong IT skills for data collection and input
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
