Position: Social Worker - Inpatient Forensic
Location: Crawley area
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm (can be flexible with start and finish times)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £35.40 P/h Umbrella +

A Day in the Life of a Social Worker:

As a Social Worker specializing in mental health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch healthcare services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• To offer specialist mental health assessments to working age in Forensic Inpatient setting
• Conducting multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' mental health conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and specialized skills for comprehensive patient interventions.
• Collaborating seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Safeguarding
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records adhering to professional standards.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in mental health.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Current and valid registration with Social Work England
• Assessment & Treatment Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
