We are working with a healthcare provider in Westminster that requires an experienced Practice Nurse to support ongoing clinical demand across two local sites. This is a full-time locum position suited to someone confident managing long-term conditions and core treatment room duties.

What the role will involve:
• Delivering Practice Nurse clinics across two sites in Westminster
• Supporting patients with diabetes and asthma reviews
• Carrying out immunisations in line with clinical guidelines
• Completing ECGs and general treatment room duties
• Maintaining accurate patient records and working closely with the wider clinical team
• Managing workload effectively across a busy primary care setting
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Strong Practice Nurse experience within primary care
• Confident working with diabetes and asthma patients
• Competent with immunisations and ECGs
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable covering more than one site where required
Working pattern:
This is a full-time locum role for at least 3 months, with shifts running up to 8pm in the evening depending on rota requirements. The role will be split across two Westminster sites, so the service is looking for someone reliable, adaptable and able to get up to speed quickly within a primary care environment.
