We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support a private client with an adult male patient who has complex mental health and behavioural needs.
The patient is likely to be based within a hospital setting in Southampton.
We are looking for an RMN who has:
Current RMN registration
Strong experience working within mental health
Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
Experience managing physical and/or behavioural aggression
PBS training
Confidence working with individuals requiring a high level of support
The ability to work calmly and effectively in challenging situations
Ideally, lives in or around Southampton or can easily travel to the area
The client would ideally like someone to work full-time, although the exact hours are still to be confirmed.
They would also consider part-time availability and potentially two part-time nurses if required.
The ideal start date is within the next two weeks.
