Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is supporting a service in Enfield with an immediate requirement for two experienced Senior Practitioners across its adult mental health teams. Interviews are being arranged now, with the service looking to secure strong candidates quickly.

• Job Title: Senior Practitioner, Mental Health
• Location: Enfield, North London
• Teams: Front Door Team and Community Mental Health Team
• Duration: Ongoing contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Working Pattern: Fully site based
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: TBC
• Rate of Pay: £34 per hour

What you’ll be doing
• Managing complex cases within an adult mental health setting
• Completing assessments and contributing to care planning and risk management
• Supporting effective multidisciplinary working across health and social care services
• Providing senior-level guidance and support within the team
• Liaising with service users, families and partner agencies
• Maintaining accurate and timely case records in line with local procedures
What we’re looking for
• Social Work England registration
• Strong post-qualified experience within adult mental health services
• Previous Senior Practitioner or equivalent senior-level experience
• Confident working with complex presentations and risk
• Strong communication, assessment and multidisciplinary working skills
• Ability to work fully on site in Enfield
Contract information
There are two Senior Practitioner vacancies available, covering a Front Door service and a Community Mental Health Team. The roles are fully site based across Enfield locations, with no hybrid working currently available.
