We’re seeking exceptional RMNs to join our client’s team in Worcestershire! If you’re ready for an exciting new opportunity, this is it!

**Position:** Band 5 Older Adults Inpatient Nurse
**Location:** Worcestershire
**Duration:** 3 months
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday (Day or Night Shifts)
**Start Date:** ASAP (within 2 weeks)
**Pay Rate:** £20 - £23 per hour

### Your Role:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in providing essential care to older adults. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' mental health.
- Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families to foster mental wellness and recovery.

### What We’re Looking For:
- Current and valid NMC registration.
- Experience in a community recovery or inpatient setting, specifically with older adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
