**Position:** Band 6 CPN CMHT
**Location:** East Birmingham
**Duration:** 3 months
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday
**Start Date:** ASAP (within 2 weeks)
**Pay Rate:** £24.50 - £26 per hour

### Your Role:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing essential NHS community mental health services. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health.
- Administering medications and monitoring their effects.
- Delivering therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.

### What We’re Looking For:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience in a community recovery role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Previous experience in CMHT is essential.
