About the Role:
Join our NHS client in Tunbridge Wells as a dedicated Health Visitor, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting health and well-being within the community. You'll manage caseloads and deliver the Healthy Child programme, ensuring exceptional care for families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting maternal mood assessments and new birth visits
• Championing child safeguarding and promoting overall well-being
• Collaborating effectively within multi-agency settings

Essential Skills/Experience:

• SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate
• Current NMC Registration
• Proficient in computerized recordkeeping (experience with Rio system preferred) and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
• Commitment to continuous professional development
