As an RMN specialising in community care, you'll be instrumental in delivering personalized support to our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular visits to patients in the community to assess their needs and ensure comprehensive care.
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedules to address patients' requirements.
• Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and provide tailored assistance, while closely monitoring their progress.
• Performing risk assessments when necessary to maintain a safe environment for patients and those around them.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
• Demonstrated experience in community nursing.
