Position Details:

• Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – CMHT
• Band: 6
• Location: Manchester
• Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
• Schedule: Full-time (Days)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: £26 per hour

What to Expect in This Role:
As a community mental health nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your patients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Community Visits: Checking in on patients to ensure their needs are being met and adjusting care plans as required.
• Medication Administration: Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of prescribed treatments, helping patients manage their conditions.
• Patient Support: Engaging with patients, understanding their mental health challenges, and offering compassionate, tailored care.
• Risk Assessments: Conducting assessments to ensure patients' safety and well-being, identifying any risks, and creating safe, supportive environments.

What We're Looking For:

• Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse (RMN).
• Previous community experience in mental health care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage pressure.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
