Key Details:

• Role: Locum CPN or Social Worker
• Responsibilities: Care coordination, managing a caseload of adult clients with mental health needs
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time or part-time (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
• Location: Coventry area – part remote working may be considered
• Essential Requirements:
  • Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle
  • Proficient in using CareNotes
  • Experience carrying a caseload
