Job Description:
Join our dedicated health visiting team in Swanley, providing crucial support to families with children aged zero to five. This role offers a dynamic caseload, requiring adaptability and empathy to deliver tailored support to families as they navigate the early years of childhood.

As a Band 6 Health Visitor, you'll collaborate closely with a compassionate team, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in Aylesford. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting evidence-based care plans and fostering positive experiences for families accessing our services.

Essential Requirements:

• Nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, such as a Health Visitor/Public Health Specialist Practitioner Qualification Honours degree or equivalent

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide invaluable support to families with children aged zero to five
• Manage a diverse caseload with clinical acumen and compassion
