We are supporting a Family Partnership Hub in Enfield with an immediate agency requirement for an experienced Mental Health Social Worker. The hub is bringing together professionals from mental health, drug and alcohol services, and children’s social care to provide coordinated support to families across the borough.
• Job Title: Level 3 Mental Health Social Worker
• Location: Enfield
• Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to confirmation
• Rate of Pay: £32 per hour

• Providing specialist mental health social work support within the Family Partnership Hub
• Working closely with children’s social workers, mental health clinicians, and drug and alcohol professionals
• Completing assessments and contributing to coordinated care and support plans
• Managing complex cases involving children, young people, and their families
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and sharing professional recommendations
• Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely case records
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant experience working within children’s services
• Previous mental health social work experience
• Strong assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills
• Confidence working as part of a multidisciplinary service
• Excellent communication, organisation, and case management skills
